At Esperance Toyota, the health, safety and well being in our dealership for our guests and employees is a top priority to ensure peace of mind during the COVID-19 crisis.

1. Disinfecting high traffic areas hourly, including door handles, bench tops etc.
2. Cleaning procedure step up - thorough disinfecting of the entire dealership at the end of the day

1. All vehicles are being disinfected after every test-drive
2. Desks are being disinfected after every guest interaction
3. Vehicle can be brought to guest home or workplace for test drive where preferred (disinfected)
4. Where preferred all interaction can take place over the phone and online
5. All vehicles are being disinfected before handover
6. Hand sanitising station installed in the service department

1. All vehicles disinfected using anti-bacterial sprays once the technician has finished working on the vehicle
2. All common areas are being disinfected hourly
3. Free pickup/delivery of your vehicle is available on request 08 9071 0100

1. For everyone's safety, any staff member that displays any symptoms linked to COVID-19 or has come into contact with anyone diagnosed with the virus is asked to stay home until they have clearance from a GP
2. We will also be requiring 2m distance when interacting with a guest face to face and are currently a Handshake Free Workplace. Please follow outlines areas within the dealership.
